The home o/business consultation is an opportunity for me to assess the space or spaces you have. I will find out about the problems that are present, discover your personal style, learn about your interior inspiration, and establish your overall vision for the space. We will also discuss your budget as well as the timeline for your project, and create an action plan that will ensure that you are on your way to becoming our next client as soon as possible. 

Upon completion of the initial consultation, we will send you a letter of agreement along with the fee proposal. This will be sent to the client 5-7 business days after the consultation has been completed. Included in the fee proposal will be a detailed pricing breakdown of the design fee for your specific project. In the Letter of Agreement, the scope of services, payment terms, and other elements will be outlined. 

*As soon as we receive the signed LOA along with the retainer fee, we begin the design conceptualization phase.

The first step in the planning and conceptualization process will be for the principal designer, J’Adore to visit the location of the project to obtain detailed measurements of the space(s) and photos of the space. As soon as the design concept has been defined, the process of implementation is based on the client's unique design style and budget. After the design concepts have been completed, we will arrange a meeting between the client and the principal designer to review the concepts. This will enable us to ensure the design exceeds the client's expectations once it is complete.

It is at this point that any revisions that need to be made will be done if they are needed.

Following the receipt of the budget, we will begin placing orders for furnishings, lighting, and accessories that will be included in the approved concept once we have received the budget.

Each project is unique when it comes to the final installation! Once all items have been received and quality control inspections have been completed, an installation date will be scheduled. As part of the final installation, our team will take on the task of staging the client's home until the work has been completed, which can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.
